Spoiler

After watching the E3 2015 reveal trailer ....alot.... i feel a bit disappointed. I have high expectations for Wildlands.

Graphics and environment, cant complain really. For a tactical shooter, Wildlands needs more immersion. A optional cover-system would work beautifully. At the moment it feels more like GTA V, run and gun. The AI responds pretty good, but i'd wish they also had a tactical strategy to flank me and my group so i had to put more effort into planning the attack - advance and secure. Ive played with a group and the game does not reward team play, nor does it punish the lack of it. I can imagine trying to complete a hard objective in checkpoint turns - step by step, getting really upset by not being able to complete it, needing a good group. As the mission progress it will eventually be really dangerous to turn back, or escape when we finish.

There are way to many helicopters, does really Bolivia have a chopper at every 150 meters? It results in the group breaking up and players just running for choppers and taking the "easy way out". It kind of destroys the immersion of escaping a conflict area and the feeling of being in a dangerous fight with a <enemy force> who should be in control, my group and me being the disrupting group of ghosts. You might as well end the mission with a loading screen or a button to fast travel to base after completing a objective - it a loss of potential immersion and high strung nerves that could be in this game smile.png I imagine fast driving through the hills while my back seat driver try to read the map, shouting on VOIP as we escape, and my other two team members shooting out the window. Now that would be some epic game memories to take away from Wildlands.

The criminals do not run patrols or gather intel against me, or fight back, that would be a natural thing for a druglord and cartel to do, they would turn up the pressure - attack and terrorize - try to get rid of me. Forcing me and my group on the run - i imagine the cartel own the territory and pay informants to track me down. Being seen or failing a mission will result in a setback and potentially loosing the grip and progress of the mission.

I wont talk about vehicles and helicopter, 5 pages of complaints should lift an eyebrow. Its just terrible rolleyes.png I hope this beta is a early version of the game

Full immersion
